Loudr Media: The Case for Better Recordkeeping

Published on August 6, 2025

Video Description

Recordkeeping shouldn’t be a nightmare, but for most clients it is. In this video, Kenny shares a personal story: when his wife had a medical malpractice case, her attorney asked for a full list of providers years after the fact. Pulling that information together meant digging through old emails, texts, and calendars—an almost impossible task most clients would put off forever.

That experience is exactly why Quilia exists. With the app, clients can easily track providers, appointments, and treatments in real time. Instead of scrambling years later, everything is organized and ready to go at the push of a button. Better recordkeeping means stronger cases, less stress for clients, and faster results for attorneys.

Hundred percent. So my wife was in a had a bad surgery performed a couple years ago, and now she's got a medical malpractice case. Before I even had record it as an idea, this happened. And here we are now a couple years later, and she she was asked by her attorney to put together a list of all the providers she saw. And like when you think about that years after the fact That's terrible. That is so hard to do. Like you're digging through emails and text messages and calendar appointments and like trying to aggregate all this information. But if she would've had record Mhmm. It would've a quick little pull it up. She'd had a whole list right there. I would've put that task off forever. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Like this would've never done it. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Never would've happened. Yep.
